How much do I have to order for free shipping and do you ship international?

-As long as your order is $40 or more, you get free shipping. That’s only 4 bags of JERKY.

-We ship anywhere within the United States and military bases.

-International orders contact us at info@greenportjerky.com for details and shipping rates.

When will my package be shipped?—

-Typically, orders are processed, and shipments will go to the post office within 24 hours, except for Saturday and Sunday.

How will my package be shipped?

-Packages are shipped USPS first class package or priority mail depending on the weight and distance and typically arrive in 2 to 8 days.

What if I cannot wait for my order?

-Overnight or guaranteed priority service is available at check out for a extra fee. 

OPPS I entered the wrong address?

-We all make mistakes. If you entered the incorrect shipping info, contact us on Facebook Messenger or info@greenportjerky.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will correct it. If you don’t catch the mistake and your order is returned to us because of a incorrect, incomplete or a undeliverable address, we will ship the package back, but you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping. 

-If you choose to cancel the order after it’s been returned to us, we will refund your money less the shipping cost to its original form of payment.
