Our Process

At Greenport Jerky Company, quality is our top priority. We start with U.S.-sourced beef brisket—never imported, unlike mass-produced brands. Each batch is meticulously hand-trimmed, sliced, and inspected to ensure only the best makes it to your hands. No two pieces are the same because we don’t rely on machines or mystery meat blends.

Our beef is marinated for 24 hours using family recipes perfected over 23 years, containing no nitrates*, nitrites*, or MSG**. After marinating, the jerky is dehydrated for 2 to 4 hours, depending on the cut. While other companies use shortcuts and additives, we stick to time-honored methods, delivering tender, flavorful, and mouthwatering jerky.

With 9 grams of protein per serving and absolutely no fillers like corn syrup, every bite is crafted for those who demand premium quality.

*No nitrates or nitrites added, except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice solids.
**No MSG added, except that which naturally occurs in soy sauce.
